Process Method: 1.Welded filter bag
We are not only professional in producing heat melting filter bag with plastic ring, but also professional in special welding method for filter bag process. The welding bags have no needle pinprick and protrusion parts, which exist in traditional thread sewing filter bag, thus brings a new concept for filter bag process.
Features:
1.In traditional thread sewing method, to avoid the thread breaks during constant working, silicon oil is commonly used to lower the temperature on sewing thread. The silicon oil will cause the second pollution to filtrate , while 100% welding method can avoid this situation, because there is no need of thread and silicon oil.
2.Because there is no pinprick, so there is no side leaking. This makes filtration without any leak.
3.In traditional thread, sewing bag, at the top, there will be protrusion, which is composed of two layers of filter cloth. This protrusion will lead the side leaking at the top, and the filtrate will go to the backward position of the bag. This will influence the efficiency of filtration. The welding bag has a much lower protrusion, which can avoid the side leak.
The precision rang of welding filter bag is from 0.5 micron to 300 micron. The material could be Polyester and Polypropylene. The top is with stainless steel ring, galvanized steel ring, or Polypropylene ring.
The high quality of stainless steel ring and galvanized ring make it is possible to reduce the diameter tolerance under 0.2mm and horizontal tolerance under 0.2mm. This can lower the possibility of side leaking. |

Process Method: 2.Thread Sewing filter bag
Besides welding filter bag, we are also professional for thread sewing filter bag with steel ring, which has the widest application array.
Features:
1.No silicon oil pollution: Adopting new method, we can lower the thread temperature without silicon oil during the process, so that we can avoid silicon oil pollution.
2.Small protrusion: after improvement of sewing method, we make small protrusion at the top. There will no leak caused by protrusion and pinprick.
3.No ink pollution: The mark labels can be removed easily to avoid the pollution of ink to filtrate during application of filter bag.
