Structure Design Introduction: Filter bag is the heart of bag filters for dedusting.
The cylindraceous filter bag is fixed in the bag-house vertically. The gas flows into the filter from the entrance. Large particles are separated by the inertia force and into the dust funnel directly when the airflow passes the Air deflector of the dust funnel. The gas goes into the filtration area of the filter and most of the powders are collected on the outer side of the bag while the clean gas enters the interior of filter bag. Then the clean gas enters the upper case through the mouth of filter bag. At last, the clean gas comes out from the vent. The frame in the filter bag supports the bag and prevents it from denting. At the meantime, it helps the cake removing and relocating.
